For the continued safety of our patients, staff, and providers, we require all vendors providing services within patient care areas to maintain appropriate credentials specific to competency and preventative health.
If you are an active vendor with Balian Eye Center and have been advised by environmental services, supply chain, or administration to complete this registration process, you must register with Venduur, our third-party vendor credentialing and access management provider by January 2nd 2025!
Prior to entering our facility please check-in through Venduur and be prepared to show your GREEN SCREEN at the temperature check point. Thank you for your cooperation.

Check-in to facility prior to entry and show GREEN screen to our staff in order to gain entry. RED screen check-ins will NOT be allowed under any circumstance for the safety of our patients and staff.
