For the continued safety of our patients, staff, and providers, we require all vendors providing services within patient care areas to maintain appropriate credentials specific to competency and preventative health.
If you are a vendor, service technician, or sales consultant visiting Clarkston Surgery Center and have been advised by environmental services, supply chain, or administration to complete this registration process, you must register with Venduur, our third-party vendor credentialing and access management provider by December 15th, 2025!
YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THROUGH THE FRONT ENTRANCE. ANY OTHER ENTRY WILL RESULT IN ACCESS BEING REVOKED!
Prior to entering our facility please check-in through Venduur and be prepared to show your GREEN SCREEN at our two entrance check points (the front desk and receiving entrance). Thank you for your cooperation.
PLEASE NOTE: CREDENTIALS CAN TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO APPROVE! NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR ENTRY WITHOUT A GREEN SCREEN AT CHECK IN.
